Our Elite Support Associates (ESAs) are more than just shadow teachers. They are professionally trained Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) with a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), handpicked and continuously supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs / QBAs).
